The Complete Menopause is a bit of a newcomer to the market at the moment but we felt that a review was needed since menopause is a problem that many women think that they just have to deal with. While many seek the help of doctors and hormone replacement therapy we feel that it might do some women some good to see if there are other options available to them and The Complete Menopause and Hanna Cooke might have a few tricks up their sleeves. We particularly liked the fact that the topic of depression was covered and taken seriously in this book and hope that overall any woman that is suffering in silence might check The Complete Menopause out.
